ARTIST STATEMENT
A well-crafted wooden item is a pleasure to the hands and eyes. Using everything from local waterlogged woods to highly figured woods to create my art is my greatest challenge and pleasure. By highlighting the hidden beauty of nature’s effect on wood, each of my works captivates the eye and beckons the viewer to caress the piece.
